PeepsII-The Hot, Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Feb 2010. 12/2-Part 2 has begun.

Sand. Everywhere in one of the high school cabins and it was left on the last day for us to clean up.:headache:
Dude...that just aint even right.

Do all Blackberrys have that capability?
Many do, but several carriers require a seperate code be added to the account to make it work.

As to the vote, sadly, I'm going with option 2 as well. Of course I'm sure if posted an open recruiting notice on the DIS, you could probably get some new roomies.

Ohhhhh tough one to vote on! But I know how my friends are and I'm gonna have to sadly vote for option #2 and say they won't go :( My friends do that to me all the time! boooooo!

I think you are correct in your assumption...I'm sad, but not that sad. I'm still going to WDW!

Everyone I talked to including myself, has cried during UP. My cousin took his two kids, who live with their mother to see it. He said after he dropped them off at home he cried like a baby in the car.

I could see you sweating in your photos!!! Lay some damp washcloths over yourself, and turn the fan on high!!

T, there are sooo many themes in the movie around separation and abandonment...I cried this morning thinking about an animated character..I couldn't believe it.

I had sweat running down by back....nasty.

yuck to the high temps:cool2:...

I go with option 1:sad1:

I know what you meant....

Sadly...I think your friends are gonna bail on you:hug:

Me too. Are you excited to have Chris Pronger? He's an awesome player. I just don't know about the contract they signed him to....

Sorry Jordan I go with #2 as well !! I had the same thing in May, next year I will ask again if anyone wants to go with me and see what they say !!

I wouldn't have a problem asking someone to come join me, but there aren't too many guys on the DIS. Don't think the church would approve of me staying alone with a girl......

i vote for number 3 say no now then change there mind when it gets closer and ask to go again.

Hmm...you may be onto something. I may keep them in the loop even if they drop out. The 2nd guy was REALLY interested so I don't know if he would be deterred. He already said he was saving money. We'll see though.

I really need to go see Up -- everyone who has seen it has loved it!

Yick about the hot weather and lack of air conditioning! :scared:

I am going to go with Vote #2!

It's hot again today and humid too...

Up truly is a great movie. I still can't get over the animation. I said WOW more than a few times.

Heidi, I :rotfl2: when I saw you simply re-posted my picture. clever and funny...I'm still chuckling..

Sadly, I'm going to vote #2. Boo.

Yeah, it stinks, but as you know oh so well, things happen that can try and derail our WDW vacation (think feet), but at the end of the day, WDW always makes me

I'll have to vote #2, also. It sounds like he's trying to prepare you for the bail out that is coming.:sad2:

Yeah, I'll let him off the hook because I'm going with or without him.

why don't I think you're asking it in the same tone as Jodi?

I'm an angel.

I loved up!! I can't remember the last disney movie that I loved this much....probably Nemo or Lilo & Stitch.
I cried so much I was near the "ugly cry" stage, which is a real pain with those 3d glasses on.

I agree.

I couldn't cry as I was with a guy..you know "man code".

Oh dear, it does sound like it will end up option #2, otherwise you'd think he'd be quick to reassure you he was still going in that kind of a conversation. :sad1:

Yeah, I am actually looking forward to more time alone. With them possibly not going, it leaves only Allan as a member of our group that hasn't gone before.

oops--I said th ewrong option--I meant to vote with choice #2:sad2:

Yup, but I knew what you meant

Dude...that just aint even right.

The culprits got a talking to after camp since I knew who did it and they happen to go to our church:rolleyes1

oh great one said:

Okay good to know. I've seen BBs used as part of remote credit card machines at Catalyst, a huge church conference I went to in april.

Most of the time that I'm reading on the DIS I can't type because I'm holding Danica....but I can use the mouse

Yeah, anyone interested in joining me?

I'd share a room with ya but sadly I've already used up my solo trip pass for this year.

How much $$ would it be for Wendy to rent enough DVC points to get a 3 bedroom? You, Kim and Allan could pay for that part.

All caught up. I'm going with #2 as well. I hope I'm wrong, and they don't bail on you.
I saw UP opening night. I cried. My 2 year old nephew cried. He was so worried about the bird he started crying. It was a great movie. i loved it. I love Dug.

Tables in Wonderland -- the discount dining card for annual passholders and Florida residents. :goodvibes

Ahhhhhh, good to know. Thanks!! :thumbsup2

Your friend's comments mirror what Wendy and I talked about today. Wendy said with 3 kids now that sitting for an entire TS meal might be hard to manage or just not as relaxing. She is talking with Derek to see what his thoughts are.

I am thinking depending on where Derek wants to go, and since the cost is only $10 difference for adults, we might do the DDP. We could opt for a couple Signature dining options, so then we don't have to do a TS every night - thus freeing up the kids from having to "behave" - but I think there would be enough TS places that the kids might want to eat (Cinderella's, Prime Time, Sci-Fi, Coral Reef, etc.) that by doing the QSP, we'd either be forfeiting QS meals, then having to pay OOP for TS meals and all that... since breakfast we'd be eating in - we really just have two meals to use our plan for - lunch and dinner - and for every TS meal we choose, we'd have an extra QS that we'd have to use sometime during the trip... so I'm *thinking* probably the DDP. But we'll see.

Everyone I talked to including myself, has cried during UP. My cousin took his two kids, who live with their mother to see it. He said after he dropped them off at home he cried like a baby in the car.

Hysterical!!!! I can just imagine someone walking by the car wondering what a grown man is doing crying by himself in the car. Sounds like I would be bawling like there's no tomorrow. I'm sappy that way. Clearly I have to wait for it on DVD so I can weep freely.

How much $$ would it be for Wendy to rent enough DVC points to get a 3 bedroom? You, Kim and Allan could pay for that part.

Hmmmm, never investigated renting points... however, the difference b/t the 2 and 3 br villa for our time period is 312 points (2 br is 421; 3 br is 733) so even at a low $7/point cost (perused one of the message boards and that's about the lowest cost going out to next year - there were some $5/point costs but they were for use in the next few months) - it would run Jordan/Kim/Allan $2184 for the difference. So I'm not sure what would be the most prudent... since we'd really be paying for the space for 4 extra people without using it (in the sense it houses 12 but there are only 8 of us - and one being Ashlyn...). But definitely something to consider in the future ...

Mothers amaze me.

You can read Wendy's reply, but from the pix, the Grand Villa at BLT is awesome. I wouldn't mind spending a week there.....

I vote #2. But I hope I'm wrong.

The movie is so good at appealing to all ages. My favorite movie of the summer...oh..besides the hangover.

Jordan !! It was a female that I asked to share the room !!:rotfl2:But ya know a 62 year old Grandma who is unattached maybe should be looking for a senior disser !!!!:lmao::lmao:

I will let friends know I am going when I decide on a date and if anyone wants to they can tag along !!!:thumbsup2

Wendy I think yout DDPplan sounds good !!:)

Yea gotta love the people who wanna go with you until you mention money and then it's not an option. I know a little about the people dropping out of trips. LOL.

LMAO on going to McD's twice since reading about meeting spouses there! Thanks for the Pre-trip plug too :)

Sadly, I have to vote for #2 also :(

I have some news coming up......more pix too.

This is why we are going with the QSDP. With little ones, sitting through all those meals is exhausting and not as enjoyable.

I do like Wendy's thoughts of going with the regular DDP to take advantage of Signature dining since they have built-in babysitters on the trip. I'm taking notes on that for December...:thumbsup2

I think I may reserve a room and ask for money now to see how serious they are....

I think this is the best idea. Once they have forked over money, they will commit more to it. Plus, explain to them your dilemma. Tell them you need commitments to help you be able to figure this stuff out - and maybe give them a "no turning back" deadline?

-The Boot Lady.
(:lmao:)

Jordy....

Terry and I met at a car wash... Maybe you should swing by one of those after McDonald's.... Couldn't hurt, right?? :confused3

I cried watching up too, then when we came home I immediately started making tickers from clipart from the movie so I could have one :lmao:.

I vote #2 as well.

When ever you get time again, I posted pics of my binder on my PTR :thumbsup2.
