I was laughing over your comment on finishing the trip report 18 months after it started -- do you remember last year when I wanted you to stretch it out until I left on my June, 2008 vacation -- well, now you have managed to stretch it out until nine days before my June, 2009 vacation!

By the way, I have decided that Facebook is evil where exes are concerned -- mine keep finding me as well.

Thats' too funny about me not even finishing before you've got 2 trips under your belt! That's crazy.

It's crazy that I was the 2nd person she added after her husband, which means she had to search my name....kinda flattering, kinda makes my heart go pitter patter, kinda makes me kick myself and it's kinda weird........so many different emotions.

okay.....after months of being waaaay too busy and a month off because I was in the hospital with a gangrene appendix...I am ready to finish this puppy....18 months after it was started....

Do you even remember going on the trip?

Chapter 90. What happens when life gets in the way.

So......how's everyone been?

I do hear from a few of you on Facebook.....

Here's my life in a nutshell.....60-70 hour work weeks....at a church no less.

My 16 year old Toyota Corolla is on it's last leg...228,000 miles....my peeps can make good cars. I am in the process of figuring out how I can buy a new car (with horrible credit...another story for another time) AND go to WDW.....

Oh, I went to China....the DIS was never far from my mind as I will point out in pictures that I post.

The last month has been spent in recovery mode. I went in the hospital April 30th with severe stomach pain and 12 hours later they took out my gangrene appendix. I spent 5 days in the hospital flushing out the infection and the next 2 weeks recovering...can you say VICODEN? I'm back at work, but basically working half days...

Hmmm......My ex-fiancee found me on facebook....i was the 2nd person she added after her husband...do you think that means something. I found out after seeing her picture that I still love her and kick myself for breaking up with her....another story for another time........

Okay...you're caught up...sort of....

1. I seem to remember a bible verse that talks about resting on the 7th day.....maybe it was ment for you?

2.Yes, your peeps do make good cars! I've been driving the same mini van for longer than I would have liked because it was that or disneyworld. I obviously made the wiser choice.
We always wear our cars down untill they're shooting flames every time you turn the motor....reminds me of our first car it had a faulty starter, D.Jay would have to bang on it with a wrench as I turned the key. Thankfully 17 years later we have cars that only require one person to operate.

3. Can't wait to see your pictures.....my kids will still yell out peeps at the oddest times!

4. My cousin just got out of the hospital this week after having the same thing!
4.2. I know a little bit about vicoden.....will there be any pictures ?

5. There's one good reason for getting married at 18.....not to many ex-s.
Seriously, it shows what a good person you are because some wouldn't think twice about her being married.

One car I had was soo trashed the the floorboards on the driver's side had rotted away. You could see the road while you were driving. it was like driving a Flintstone car......

I can't wait to read about the China trip. I've seen lots of pics on facebook already but can't wait to read more stories. It'll be fun to read the rest of this TR too. It takes me back. That was one of the best WDW trips we've had so far!

When are you planning on returning to WDW if you can swing getting the car and the trip? We have some friends that are so excited to go. We were thinking of trying for that Mardi Gras week in February but it doesn't look like they will give the kids enough time out of school. It will depend on which teacher DS gets. There are 3.....1 of them is a Disney nut. Guess which one we are hoping for!

Dawn!!! I'm better now just tired. I was the breaker upper. I was young and not ready to settle down. I am not looking right now...so maybe someone nice will come my way...and hopefully not a WDW drunk...

No worries about the ex...I wouldn't go down that road again...even when I was at my loneliest.

For about a year we had to drive an old gigantic station wagon, all tricked out with fake wood paneling.... Evan was about 6 when we sold it for someone to use in the demolition derby......he nearly cried because he loved that car.
Well, now that he's turning 16 soon, I think I just might get him one for his birthday!
