So spank me. Round trip tickets are $2,100. Catch me if you can. Who knows maybe you'll like the boiled sheep head and want to stay?

I'm afraid to re-evaluate my plans...once I start tinkering...we could end up in an igloo in africa.
That's what I'm thinking. Since there are still ADR's to be had, I don't think it's going to be TOO busy until it gets closer to that weekend.I'm hoping that it doesn't get realy busy untill at least the 11th..
I haven't had a hard time changing my adr's around
I've updated the hours on my itinerary and my spreadsheet. Now I have to really look at my plans!
I was laughing so hard when I found them...How sad is it that I'm so easily ammused by farts? My mother would be ashamed.
i tried i showed them the menu, but they wanted somewhere where the food was a little more pricey, they like the places that cost more on the dinning plan so they feel they are getting more for there money if they do that.

Though I just downloaded the new verizon disney parks app and it has EVERYTHING on that thing! LOVE IT!!
Chapter 74. WDW 2010, the year of change.
As I started going over my itinerary for the first time in a loooong time, I noticed that my vacation is going to be much different than in years past.
Rooming assignments: While I've stayed on my own before, it's the only the 2nd time in 11 trips with Wendy that she and I won't be sharing accommodations for at least a portion of the trip. As they are not doing the Water Park Plus Option now, I will have even more time on my own. I had to go back and re-examine the itinerary to make sure we had enough together time before they leave on the 14th.
Resort choice: Since 1997, out of 10 trips to WDW, 7 included a portion (if not all) of the trip at an Epcot resort (BWV, BCV or YC). This will be the 1st time since 2002, that at least a part of my trip will NOT include a few nights at one of those resorts. With the support of many people here, I am trying the AKV for the first time. I was so apprehensive about the switch that I called Wendy a few weeks ago to try and switch to BWVs--no availability...
Restaurant choices: I am a person of habit--15 trips to WDW since 1991 including this upcoming trip, nuff said. I almost always go to Chefs, CA Grill, Flying Fish, Prime Time Cafe and Teppan Edo. This trip, however, I am trying several new restaurants--Kouzzina, Boma, Sanaa, Raglan Road, the Wave and Kona Cafe.
Park time: As I was planning this trip, I noticed something. I actually started setting real expectations for each day. I didn't plan too many days for rope drop. I planned more down time. I added in more flexibility. I also am thinking alot this time about relaxing. Maybe it's my age (waiting on comments about that one), maybe it's my work schedule, but I just want to sit on a bench somewhere and people watch.
Air travel: I am flying something other than Delta for the first time and I'm pretty sure I've only done a connecting flight 2x in 15 trips.
I thought about this tonight and really I have to thank all of you for opening me up to change. I've been exposed to things on DIS that I don't think I would ever have the opportunity to experience otherwise. I know what it's like to live in snow, sort of. I've seen Savannah; I've been to the Dells; I've travelled to Greece--all through other people's eyes. I feel like I've been to Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Washington... I've seen the streets of NYC. I've gained understanding of what it's like to live in a blended family. I've gained appreciation of those who have children with disabilities. You all have changed who I am and how I view the world. I am a better person because of all of you.
I usually know what to expect from my WDW vacations, but with so much change, it's going to be so different this year. I have you all to thank for that.

*DIS Meals
I just added Tusker House on Wednesday night, but since it's Winkers and Rosie's last night, I am open to change. It came down to Tusker House and Captain's Grille, but since I was already at AK for evening EMH, it became a matter of convenience. I'm still kind of upset they switched Tusker House to a TS/Buffet as I LOVED it as a Counter Service Restaurant. However, I do want to try it out as a Buffet and it's somewhere I haven't tried before so...there you go.
Thursday the 11th and Sunday the 14th become non-park days. This opens up the 12th, 13th, 15th evening, 16th afternoon/evening and 17th as park days. I have a ton of free time. I'm sure the 12th and 13th will be spent with Wendy and gang since they are leaving on the 14th. Like I said before, this will be a very special episode of Jordan's WDW 2010 with all the down time. Watch out Blossom!
The matter of a possible bounceback. It's not completely out of the question if I receive a bounceback that I would return again this year. It's just a matter of when. It would probably have to be in the late fall.......suggestions?
I'm getting out the canoe, some galoshes, an umbrella, my swimsuit. If you haven't heard, we're supposed to get hit with a series of storms on the West Coast. 4-8 inches over the next 5 days. We haven't had rain like that since 2005 (I didn't know that, but that's what the Greg Forbes of the Weather Channel said. He's bald and wears glasses so I believe him). It's raining right now. People in SoCal can't drive in dry weather. The next week will be crazy as far as accidents of the freeways....
Okay that's all I got......for now.

Lol. Heck...my whole family is ammused by farts. Especially my 2 year old. He likes to point out when someone has "P-u tinky farted".Is it TMI to also mention he tells us "I'm so proud of you" whenever we use the bathroom?
It's just too bad he's not that into being potty trained yet.
![]()
that's funny! Has he announced that in a public bathroom yet?
Lmao. Try in the middle of a dead quiet UPS store regarding farting.![]()
AND later told my mom he was proud of her for pooping the in the potty in the restroom of Johnny Rockets! :roftl:
