We are planning on taking a page out of the Happy dog planning journal and making pitchers of margaritas in the room though so it doesn't all get spent at Hurricane Hannahs for poolside libations. Should save enough for me to justify buying SOMETHING. What I don't know.

Oh geez. What a small world! My parents bought one of the old cottages on Grand Canal in the 80s. We lived there full time in 1983/84. What street were you on?

I used to be a more finicky eater (still won't do seafood), but now I like eating things with different flavors....so Sanaa fits that bill quite well.

Oh, I forgot about IpDip!

If you like to try foods with different tastes, then your going to like trying Boma's.

Now your thinkin!! Winker's Wine and Booze Mobile, make sure you get an obnoxious horn like the General Lee. They (Dukes of Hazard)were hooch runners to start, but I bet no one remembers that or the floozies they hung out with in the first few episodes.

Mmmm, I remember many a time going to the Mall and splitting a basket of fries and an orange julius. Them were the days. They don't taste quite the same as then.
I never had one on Balboa Island though, I've eaten dinner there and walked around a few times, wish I could remember where. It's been over 18 years ago, so the ol' memory is a bit on the foggy side, or is it the really bad date that I'm trying to forget??

I was a few updates behind, as real life interrupted me this weekend.

Your plans are really coming together! I am excited for all the new things you will be experiencing this trip, I hope at least a few become some wonderful memories for you that you will want to do over and over! I am sure you will like AKV (but, I am also certain you will miss the easy access to Epcot...however, the bus service is very good over at AKV in my opinion!).

I am with ya on what the DIS has done for your life. It's so amazing to "go on vacation" with other people, see their lives, their towns, etc.! I love it.

We were the back half of a house it was a 2 bdrm/1 ba apt over a garage. I think the main house faced the other street.
