Hangovers are just no fun. I definitely learned in my 30's how to drink w/o getting a hangover. Lots of water! No wine. Stop drinking an hour or two before hitting the sack.

Chapter 82. The 2 more day panic

The best laid plans..... I really did intend to be much further along in my packing than I am. I have a lot of stuff laid out on the couch in my bedroom and I wheeled out the 2nd suitcase. However, other than my chonies and a few pairs of shorts, nothing else is packed. I have to do 2-3 more loads of laundry. I think I'm done shopping so I can check that off my list. I was hoping to buy a few new shirts, but those were more wants and not absolutely needs. I need to buy stamps as I like to write postcards while I'm there.

Am I rambling? Maybe I'm tired, maybe I'm excited--probably both.

The weather forecasts look a bit more promising. It looks like less rain (oh yeah, I need to buy cheap ponchos.) and higher temps. The temp on my first TL day is now forecasted to be 78! Perfect weather. Here's to hoping it's at least that warm, if not a little bit warmer.

My friend just posted a picture of us from 9th grade circa 1977.

In one week...I'll be at DHS.......!!!!!

On the other hand, my DH was...7 back in '77. Which made him 9 when I was born. lol

And, for the record, I'd like to call for 3 visits to ESPN, only drinking twice. (Who is keeping the list of people's predictions?)

I would like to say don't think of it as rain think of it as a shower bring soap and that might help with the sweaty thing Besides the great thing about rain in FL is wait ten minutes and it usually stops. The second greatest thing is it thins out the crowd as apparently most people melt in the rain, not me cause I am not nearly that sweet but the way most people freak out in the rain, melting must be the norm

I'm really late to the party. I just discovered your previous trip report last week and loved it! It gave me a great excuse to procrastinate on all of the heavy post xmas house cleaning I have been meaning to do.
