Peasant skirts and denim vests are back....

I just gave my Denim vest to Good Will a few weeks ago. It was a seasonal one with fall leaves on it. One of the biggest fashion no no's I am told is to wear clothes that have a season on it.

my tween has tons of peasant skirts. She has been wearing them for 2 years now I think. The platform shoes have been around awhile. Along with flare leg jeans. Check out some of the 70's belts on the jeans too. Lots of sashes and ties are back. The hair things are riduliously 70's. Look out 80's you are next.

I've seen them in the store too. I've also seen prairie shirts(that's what we
called them), those ruffled shirts that were wore with the skirts.

I guess that I'm odd because I like denim vests. I mean the plain ones though, no leaves or anything like that for me.

Peasant skirts not so much though. But at least they were comfy.

I haven't seen any demin vests in the US thank goodness! Those things are just ugly.
