peanut rice and coconut tiramisu

My sister is headed for WDW in early March and they want to eat at Boma on a night that everyone's favorites are on the buffet. I know it used to be Monday and Thursday for peanut rice. Does anyone know if this is still true- and what night(s) they have the coconut tiramisu on the buffet? If you are IN WDW, can you check for me, or does someone have an email for Boma's manager or Chef TJ? Thanks! Yummmm, just asking this question makes me want to be there!
