Peanut/Nut Allergies

If you or your children have peanut/nut allergies, can you please list down your favorite Counter Service or Snack places that offeres various "SAFE" foods ?

I know TS restaurants can easily be arranged and a lot of people have said that Disney does a great job accommodating people with special diet needs.

I believe either Guest Relations or the CS restaurants have a guide book or something available that lists ingredients, allergy info. FWIW.
