Peak Season pricing

Many of the buffets have ranges due to the seasons. Does anyone know if there is a link or site that says when the highest meal prices are. I am doing our budget and it would be helpful. We are going from June 16th-July 5th. The buffets we are doing are
Boma breakfast and dinner
1900 Park Fare Breakfast
Tusker House Breakfast
Chef Mickeys Brunch
Ohana breakfast
