Peak and Non-Peak Times

We camped at Fort Wilderness last spring. We plan on returning but we are not sure about Peak and Non-Peak times. We know know Christmas and Spring Break are peak times but we aren't sure about the rest of the year.

I ask because I would like to know how far in advance to make reservations if we wanted to go in the Fall of 2007.

Any help will be appreciated.
