Please teel me honestly , how nice is the PBH. I have heard it compared to the Grand Floridian at WDW. But is it truly luxurious? I have resservations for next month for a club level and really want it to be nice.

I have stayed at both PBH and GF, and I put the grounds of the GF a notch above the ones at the PBH, but the rooms at the PBH (especially the deluxe rooms like you will have on Club Level), a notch above the GF. The service would be about the same, cold yet professional. At least that's what we experienced.

We were in Orlando for HHN 2004 (Oct. 24 - Nov. 2), and it was pretty warm. Our family from Maine was complaining it was too hot! Plenty of good weather for some nice pool time.

I agree except for the service. We had excellent service,but you rather than the staff need to encourage a little friendliness at the beginning of your stay. I know this isn't the way it should be but after we engaged some of the club staff in conversation they were EXTREMELY friendly everyday. Anything yoiu need they will atempt to help you with even without the conversation part. You will love the atmosphere. Enjoy!
