PBH - just back

Before our trip, I was always looking for threads from people who just got back - so I thought I'd post a quick review of PBH. We were there last week and it was fabulous! Don't believe those trip advisor negative reviews; this hotel was great in everyway. We stayed in the Villa wing (room 2566, I think) club level. The room was a good size for the 5 of us - but I do agree with others that the bathroom is tough for 5 people as it is just one very large room. The location of the room was good - very close to the elevators which lead down to the pools. It is a big hotel, but the walking didn't bother us. Having the club level was great - my 16 yr old son can really eat, and the breakfast was perfect for him. I thought the breakfast and evening food was very good. We don't usually do club level at any hotel, but we might now! Having the club level was very convenient and it does make sense for a family of 5, I think. We did not try any of the restaurants at the hotel (we ate at CityWalk) so I can't comment on them. The hotel staff was wonderful, the water taxi service was great, the grounds were beautiful - I just can't say enough about this hotel. Do not second guess your decision if you are staying here soon - you will love it.
