Payment for ABD?

Hi,

I'm really keen to book the October Backstage Magic Tour and was waiting until I had saved some more money! However, I see that the price has already gone up by $100 in the last week.

So my question is, when you book, can you just pay a deposit and then the rest of the payment later? When are the payments due?

Basically I have to save the money between now and then so I am hoping I don't need it all now!

You are correct. Only deposit, insurance, pre/post nights, & air fare (if booked w/ ABD) are due upfront. Remaining balance is due 90 days before your trip start date.

When I booked the Costa Rica trip for chica and myself I made a $300pp deposit and full pyt of the airfare($1500 approx) so $2100.00 at time of booking and the rest due by 12/19/2012. I skipped the trip ins. You don't have to book airfare when you book the trip but be aware that airfare just rises in price as the date gets closer, too. No matter how you slice it, it's a sizable chunk of change.

A deposit of $300 per person is due at the time of booking.

Optional pre and post nights can be added at any time and the cost will be added to your balance due. Pre and post nights are cancelable until paid and then they are non-refundable. Pre and Post nights are based on availability.

Airfare can be added at any time, but airfare must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Insurance can be added at any time but, to cover a pre-existing condition(s), you must add the insurance and pay for it in full with 14 days of booking your reservation.

The remainder of your full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

You are welcome to make interim payments or to pay in one lump sum on your due date.
