I'm just wondering is there is usually a big jump in room availability the day after the final payment due date for a given cruise? Seems to me that a lot of people hold rooms while they are still just 'thinking about it'. So when it comes time to put up the balance due, if they don't pay the balance are the rooms automatically released back into inventory?
We are on a waiting list for a Cat 3 room and I'm hoping when the 'balance due' date for our cruise comes, there will be people who move their deposit money to a different cruise and Cat 3 rooms will become available to people on the waiting list. Least that's my hope anyway.
