I am trying to rent a car for our 5 day stay in late September. Does anyone have any advice about Payless. I am trying all kinds of codes and am still getting the best price through Payless.

I guess I want to know the time involved in going offsite to pick up and drop off the vehicle. Also, any pros or cons about renting from them.

Thanks,

Vicki

This is a quote from mousesavers.com

The rental agencies that get the most complaints from MouseSavers.com readers are L&M, Thrifty and Payless. These are often the least expensive agencies on first glance, but if you can find the right combination of codes, coupons and other discounts, I think you'll usually find you can go with a more dependable agency at a similar price. I've received many complaints about these agencies, including: car type reserved was not available at pick-up, aggressive selling of insurance, overcharging, poor car quality, etc.

You might want to try Alamo's specials. They have some decent rates right now. Also, if you have Sam's Club, BJ's, or an annual pass there are some pretty nice coupons and discounts out there.

Not sure what size you want, but alamo has some book ahead specials that are pretty good.

Dollar - try kiss3 code.
