Has anyone rented from them at (near) MCO? Was it positive or negative? I was thinking of just using the Disney buses but their rates were very low.

Thanks

They are not located at the terminal, you need to take a shuttle bus to their lot.
I have no experience with them.

I used them maybe 10 years ago. You really get what you pay for. The counter agents are very high pressure to take the insurance as well as trying to get you to upgrade. The car I got had (if I recall correctly) about 45,000 miles on it. Also as mentioned above you need to take a shuttle. That being said if they were significantly cheaper I'd probably use them again. The whole thing is they haven't been. If you work the codes and/or coupons you can usually meet or beat the discount rental agencies (advantage/Payless). Check out Mousesavers.com for some discounts on car rentals. I'm all about saving money but I also prefer a low stress experience so I usually stick to Alamo using the kiosk which is a breeze. Also make sure you keep checking rates because they can fluctuate like crazy. I've seen rates spike and dip $100+ in a single day.

When you get to Payless' office (out the airport north exit and left at first light) you are already on your way to Disney.

From their lot go right instead of their suggest left (Frontage Rd.). Less than a mile is next light (Conway), take two lefts to get onto 528 (Beach Line) west. Down what looks like an exit ramp to pay the toll in cash, then back onto 528 all the way to end (I-4); go west (bear left) for Disney.

Used Payless at MCO many times without problems. Once they let me pick up my car early, once they would not unless I upgraded at extra cost.

Returning via I-4 East to 528 east, go down what looks like an exit ramp to pay the toll. Get off 528 at its exit 9 (Tradeport). Left and cross under. Get into middle lane, required right onto McCoy (becomes Frontage). Payless is on the left near the toll booth which you are not going through. (Keep going would be to the airport; right less than a mile (436; Semoran) to go in the north entrance.)
