Paying OOP cause CapnJacks x'd lobster

Pooh!!!!

I was so looking forward to having lobster my first night at Disney! But then I learned that CapnJacks took the lobster off the menu! Narcoosee's didn't have anything until 9:30 pm and so I am just biting the bullet and paying OOP for it at Fultons! I can always use the extra TS credit for breakfast at the resort (CSR).

Anyone else in the same boat???

You're a better man than I. I cannot bring myself to eat food I don't like. I could never, for instance, be persuaded to eat liver. No way, no how.

I have eaten monkfish brains because it came with some expensive price fix thing. I don't pay that and leave it sitting there. Oddly enough nobody else wanted a bite of monkfish brains.

Actually the lobster wasn't bad with sauce.

Luckily both my daughters (grown now) are adventurous eaters. They have eaten brains and tongue and the like....but not in MY HOUSE!

R U sure!? How can they just pull that off the menu without sending us all an email!? Yes, I know... it's not THAT fantastic,... but still.... it's LOBSTER! Please, can someone verify this for us? I think I will call DDR and ask them to check this out.

I have read of at least three reports where people came back and said it is no longer on CapnJacks menu. It is still available at Narcoosee's for 2 TS credits per person but there is a rumor that it may not be there for long.

Because we were just there 2 weeks ago and enjoyed the Twin Lobster entrees.

I can verify it, having walked by Cap'n Jack's on the evening of October 4 and looked specifically for the boards (I wouldn't ever eat there.) Lobster gone from menu outside, replaced with crab cakes.

The Narcoosee's thing is so far only a rumor. Narcoosees costs 2 credits anyway, so they might keep the lobster.

I must have gotten there in the nick of time also.. we ate there 09/19 and had the lobster
