Paying it forward

This might be a bit early but I thought I would go ahead and put it out there...we will be at Disney from March 13 to March 22. We would be happy to send 5 postcards to anyone. Just PM me.

We also will be in Disneyland in June if that helps anyone.

Its nice that you sent a pm too, to make sure they know you received your thanks. I send cards on my vacation, pm the people to let them know the day that they were sent and only one person thanked me when they received them. Sort of disheartening since I went out of my way for them.

I havent read each page of this post but from the start it sounded like a wonderful idea... I was wondering if someone call tell me the postcard thats being sent out to another child... Is it signed by the actual character or by a dis member w/ a message? I would love to receive one and I would love to pay it forward as well...

When I've sent postcards (and when my kids received them) they've been signed by the character. I even do this for adults as I figure it helps spread the magic. My kids are old enough now to know that it's not really from the characters and my 14yo even said it was lame. But then he got to thinking about it and later told me that it was kind of neat. Leave it to a teenager to be contrary, eh?

My children and my father just got theirs this week and my father cried!!!! (he is not a crier) His card said something about making memories with his grandchildren. Oh so special!
