We will be in DisneyWorld from Dec 13 and Dec 18. We would love to send out some postcards. A nice man from this board did it for the kids that will be going with us and they LOVED it, they carry around their postcards with them at school. They can't wait. It has made the waiting for the trip even better.

Our postcards came today!! The kids were so excited. DD8 noticed the post office stamp said Orlando and said "they're really from Disneyworld!" DS13 even got a kick out of the card from Mickey. He said it's weird, but he could hear Mickey's voice as he read it. Now that's magic! 2 more weeks and I'll be paying it forward! This is such a great site.

Yeah, if you sent post cards don't be discouraged if you haven't heard from any of the recipients yet. I sent mine out the second day I was there, and are only hearing from those that have gotten them yesterday and today. I think the holiday mailings are very busy right now.

If whomever you are sending them to are leaving soon, I recommend sending them the day you get there if you can.

This is a wonderful idea! I would love to surprise my dad and sister with a postcard from Mickey on Christmas Morning. Our trip is from January 16 - 23rd if anyone would like a postcard for January 08.
