We are going June 10, 2006. I would love to have my DH & DD recieve a postcard and would love to do the same for someone.
If you are going to be going in May and are "taking orders" just PM me and I will give you the info.
If you are going in July and want me to send a post card to your child I would be happy to help the first 3 of you...Just PM me with any and all details!

OK...Don't think I am trying to put a bad spin on this because I love the idea and have already had someone offer to do this for my kids this year. (Thanks again).

I just thought I would make a suggestion when you give someone your info to mail your child(ren) the postcards...Do not tell them the exact dates you will be going. Take your count down off your signature too. Think about it for a second...You are giving a complete stranger your home address, and dates you will be away from home.

We have house guest that will be here to "house sit" while we are gone so it was no big deal for me but...I am sure we are not all going to have this opt.

Just give them a month you are reguesting them send it in.

I would love to think only honest & loving users are on here but can never be to careful...

But please keep this going. It is a great idea and I am sure my children will think it is wonderful!

Private Message, look at the left of the post at the person's name on the post, it is underlined, when you click this on it will give you the option of sending a PM to that person if they allow that. Some people do not take Private Messages but most do.

This is such a wonderful idea!! We are surprising our kids with a Disneyland trip the begining of April, for my dd 10th birthday. If anyone could be there fairy godmailer, I'd love it, and they'd flip!!

This will be our first trip. My husband had always told them we would go when they we big enough to remember and to walk it. My DD is 9 and can hardly wait to meet Snow White. I have a son but he is older. I would be very happy to mail a few postcard when we go at the end Near the end of June. Would any one be able to my my DD a card? This is like being santa in the middle of the year.

TARAinFL, my boys were so excited to get the Mickey Card! They couldn't believe that he already knew they were going to see him.

dreamer423-WOW where my nieces surprised-so was my sis-Didn't tell her it was coming-That it had the Orlando postmark had them confused as to who could possibly know and send one from there. Ha! It was great! I told her about the wonderful people who are on this board.

The advice, the willingness to do such fun things for others, well, this is just a great place to be when you can't be in Disney for real.

Thank you all to other fairy godmailers who have sent cards to other children. You have touched lives in a very special way.

this is so special!! ---hello, i am new to these boards but love disney as much as all of you just not quite as computer savvy! --- i'm not sure if i am going about this the right way but my family and i are going 3/20. i have a 5 yr old girl, 2 yr old boy, and 1 yr old girl and would love it if they could receive a postcard from disney before we go! i will be more than happy to pay it forward when we get there!! thanks for such a heartwarming idea!!!
