paying for trip

We have all our DVC booked for sept. 2 nights are cash and we are adding the DDP. Can i call MS and pay for that now or do i have to wait and check in?
I want to get it done now so there is nothing left for me to worry about(or spending money i shouldnt before I go)
I really liked last years trip(first time and booked online and had it all paid before we left) all i had to worry about is if i wanted a souvenir or an extra snack not included on my ddp

You pay at check-in. I don't think DVC has a system for collecting prepayments on reservations.

I called...girl couldn't accept payments..pay when you check in. Hubby figured The Mouse was very efficient at taking money and would be set for this scenario...guess not

Keep in mind that DVC operations are paid for by members dues, not Disney. I don't think members would want to pay higher dues to cover an accounting system for prepayments.
