Paying for lockers

Can you use a magicband to pay for renting a locker at the parks? I know the fee includes a $5 deposit that you get back when you return the key and am wondering if that is an issue with the magicband. Also, what about park hopping when you have payed for a locker already and just need to pay the deposit?

Not sure about magic bands for payment, but I did find this about park hopping on wdwinfo
When visiting more than one theme park on the same day:

• Return the key for the $5.00 deposit and get a receipt.
• Take the receipt to the next theme park.
• Present the receipt, pay the $5.00 key deposit and you'll have a locker for the remainder of the day.
