Paying for checked bags when returning from DW

How do we pay for our checked bags when leaving Disney using ME.
I know in some cases you can pay online. We are traveling Airtran

If you are using Resort Airline Check-in you will pay over the phone. Disney will leave a note on your door with the phone number and instructions. It is very easy to do! The only bad thing is you have to pay the full fee, as opposed to a discounted fee you get for checking in on-line.

We flew Airtran 2 weeks ago and I called the number to pay for the bags and all i got was a voicemail was telling me to leave a message and they would call me back. I tried periodically throughout the day before we left and got the same message every time. I did not leave a message because we were not getting good cellphone reception and were going to be at the park all day. I called the front deak and they told me I could pay at RAC when I dropped off my bags in the morning. We stayed at BCV and I went down the morning we left and paid with my credit card. Very easy.
