I have read the stickie and THINK I understand but want to verify to avoid a problem:

I am flying NWA (a participating airline) and want to check-in at the resort for my flight home. I am going to try to travel with only a carry-on (we have 2 Owner's Lockers there with a lot of stuff). BUT this is Christmas season and there is the possibility that I will buy stuff and need to check a bag on the way home. If I understand correctly, I call BAGS and give them a credit card # to pay for the checked bag on the way home and then I should be fine to check my bag at BWV. Is that right? Or is there going to be a problem because I did not check a bag inbound? Or can I deal with this more easily on the NWA website? TIA for any advice.

The first one. Your return DME literature (left on/under your door the day before departure) will have not only the time your bus will depart* your resort, but also instructions and a telephone number enabling the Guest to pay for checked luggage before approaching the Resort Airline Check-in counter.

*Guests need to be waiting at the bus stop with their entire parties and all carry-on items fifteen minutes prior, because the time on your letter is when the bus is scheduled to leave your resort, not arrive there.

We found the number on the table in the villa when we checked-in. If it isn't there, just ask guest services and they will have it. Just call the day before you check out and have your flight info (or confirmation no.), cc, and a pen/paper to write down the confirmation no. you are given. Take the confirmation no. to the airline desk the day you check-out and they will confirm your payment, print your boarding passes, and take the luggage for you. We found it to be extremely easy and then were able to spend the day at the park before heading to the airport.
