Paying at the HrH

So It looks like I am unable to pre-pay and I will end up haveing to pay when we check out, so I was wondering If I could use a pre-paid visa card?. I would like to avoid, paying with my Debt card, to avoid acedental charges. I can use Travlers checks also, so that would not be a problem, but carrying a card Is a lot easyer. So has anyone ever used a Pre-paid to pay when checking out?

You can pre-pay. You just need to get transferred to their accounting department and they will email you a pre-payment form.

Really maybe I have to just talk to someone else?, I called and told me they do not do pre-pay,actually they seem kind of puzzeled why I even would want to. I just called to, and they said yes they do but for the whole amount no split pays (cash/card).

When we booked our rooms they emailed me a credit card authorization form. I just needed to fill it out, fax it copies of my card and DL and they charged our stay. I also rather have everything paid in advance so I don't have to worry about how much money to bring.

They did not do that for me??, maybe because I used a Debt card ? but thats ok

I have my trip paid for July, with a bit extra. I prepay every year using the Advance payment form, never used a debit , but used CC.

I had to ask and a supervisor had to be the one to email me the form. Maybe the person you talked to was not familiar with it. I like how WDW does it, I can just call them anytime and make a payment prior to going without a hassle.
