Hi Erin!!

Thanks for posting - been a busy couple of days here - as you know I normally work from home but we posted for available positions so I have been in the office yestrday and today. Had McD's for lunch today.....have to admit it was a nice treat.

Still no afternoon caffeine!!

Going to Albany to visit my daughter this weekend - hubby and I - out son has to work so he cannot join us.

I have not weighed myself in a couple of weeks - last time it had not moved.

Can't say that I really over ate during the holiday weekend.

Happy to be Christmas shopping - even walking in the stores is better than nothing.

Note - quitting the afternoon caffeine has paid off - this years mammogran was negative and ny ultrasound needed!!!!! Woohoo!!

No food yet today - just OJ and coffee.....here's to a healthy eating day....
 
The Prodigal WISHER has returned.

I can hardly believe that almost 2 months has passed since my last post. In that time I have done alot of soulsearching and self searching and now I'm ready - for the first time in my life I feel like I can be in control. I need to learn th think about me - take care of me and be happy with me. My life has revolved around doing whatever it takes to make everyone happy - most times at my expense.

That said - it's back to healthy eating ..and we bought a Gazelle and I have been using it.

Small steps for today -

Breakfast - small bowl of cereal - Cranberry crunch - OJ - coffee.
Lunch - Healthy Choice Sesame Chicken meal and 3 sourdough hard pretzels (getting away from chips - slowly)
Afternoon snack - herbal tea and slim fast snack bar

*** took vitamins - calcium and fiber supplement

Did 20 minutes on the Gazelle.

Didn't do so grat last night - thought we were having chicken soup for supper but hubby didn't feel like making it so he made me a cheeseburger instead - so of course I HAD to have chips...had a fat free jello pudding to curb the 9pm "hungries".

So far so good today - coffee and banana bread for breakfast - took vitamins and supplements - lunch was Lean Cuisine Fettucini Chicken - carrot stick - 2 hard pretzels .

20 oz of water so far.

Feeling pretty good so far - not ready to step on the scale yet - need to get my self confidence in a good place so I don't give up.

Happy Thursday.....

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Went to the market and bought some frozen weight watchers meals - I really do like them for lunch. Dinner was chichen soup - and crackers - no evening snack.

So far this morning - vitamins - OJ - coffee and banana bread - off to Gazelle.
