I DVR'd one show and watched it. It was the one where he was training people to think about a disgusting food with their craving food, then press the two fingers together to remember the feeling. Then the other two fingers on the other hand with a good feeling.
I don't know. Being a psychology student, I can see where this could help, and I've heard he other things to train your mind as well. I think I'm going to watch a couple more times before I make a final decision...
