Has anyone else been watching Paul McKenna on TLC? I think what he says makes a lot of sense. I've been trying to train my mind to know when my stomach is full. I seem to be getting better at it.
What do the rest of you think of him?
 
Just subscribing because I have been wondering about this guy...
 
I just found out about his show. i will DVR it tonight and see if I can get caught up.
 
I DVR'd one show and watched it. It was the one where he was training people to think about a disgusting food with their craving food, then press the two fingers together to remember the feeling. Then the other two fingers on the other hand with a good feeling.

I don't know. Being a psychology student, I can see where this could help, and I've heard he other things to train your mind as well. I think I'm going to watch a couple more times before I make a final decision...
 

I've DVR'd all of them, but haven't watched the last one yet where he talked about cravings. The first one has been my favorite so far. He talked about his four rules.
1. Eat what you want.
2. Eat what you're hungry.
3. Eat consciously.
4. Stop when you are full.

I've been trying to do this. I think if I can stick to it I should be able to lose the 20lbs. I'd like to lose.
