patterson court??

I did the CP in the Spring of 2007 and never heard about them building another complex. I don't know if they had it in the works then or what, but I am very impressed with the pictures that are up here. I applied for a number of professional internships but if I do not get any of those I was planning on doing the college program again. I lived in Vista my first time and was wondering what the atmosphere is like at Patterson. I loved the atmosphere at Vista (partying and outgoingly friendly people). Is Patterson a fun place to live or is it more like Chatham? I loved Vista but if the NEW place is fun too, I would rather live there!

When I was there over the summer, it was VERY quiet. This is probably because Patterson is still under construction and not many people live there. I don't think I would live there again though.

I'm really leaning towards Chatham if I get in. I've looked at alot of the apartment videos on youtube and it just seems a lot nicer then Vista. Patterson I'm not really interested in for whatever reason.
