path from Pandora to Harambe

I am planning to go to AK early on a EMH morning. It is my plan to go straight to the Navi River Journey, get a DAS for FOP and then head to the safari. Should I expect the pathway between Pandora and Harambe to be open during the EMH hours or do I need to plan to walk back and around?

As far as I'm aware they don't close pathways in the park like that during EMH, just certain rides might be closed.

It is sporadic when that path is open. When I was there at the start of September they were making you backtrack.

When I was there in August you couldn't enter Pandora coming from near FOTLK, they had the FOP line extending down that pathway, so you could only enter from the other side. They turned us around and made us enter the other way.

When the park first opens, it is common for the FOP queue to take up that path

I believe it should be open. It's a gorgeous path.
