Pat O'Brien in rehab for drug abuse?........

How did I not know about this? He looks like a wholesome family man, not so according to those that say he tried to convince a co-worker to have a threesome with him and do drugs. What's the real scoop on this?

I have heard the tapes many times. He sounds like a degenerate. I heard that he is an alcoholic/drug abuser and sex addict. So much for looks.

I heard them on the radio - well as much as you could hear, since every other word had to be bleeped out.

I wonder how his wife felt, hearing him talk about setting up a threesome with his girlfriend and his mistress!

He also allegedly made passes at his coworkers (male and female) at company parties.

He's on that show the Insider that usually comes on before Entertainment Tonight. I heard part of the tapes on Howard Stern and Holy Cow this guys was wasted and weird. I don't know if I can watch him again. From what I hear he is giving his first interview to Dr. Phil.

Bottom line, if you are famous, and you wanna get freaky, its probably not in your best interests to record your inner most fantasies on a co-worker's voicemail.

I'm from the Philadelphia area but I was too young in the early 80s to remember the Jerry Penacoli rumor. Now you have my interest piqued. I must google. Or I could just email my brother and ask him.

Also - Pat O'Brien - blech - don't like him or his "journalistic" skills and TV hosting skills. He's pretty much a suck-up to all the celebrities he interviews. And he's always raving how he's "pals with Donald Trump", etc., etc.

The show is much better off with Lara Spencer currently filling in as the anchorwoman.

I do think the show just recycles items over and over again -- how many times have we seen the wedding tapes recycled, Little Hercules, etc.
