Past Cruisers, #1 memory????

From the 1st cruise, the sailaway party and going bikeriding on Castaway Cay with DH.

From our 2nd cruise this past May, it was watching the eclipse at night from top deck of the Magic out in the middle of the ocean. So awesome!

seeing my son's face light up when he saw Peter Pan, Captain Hook and all the other characters in person and in the shows!

The one event that we talk about most often was one of the pool side activities that my husband got involved in. He was chosen to be one of the men to strut his stuff in a pool side contest and went for it. It was hilarious!:teeth: He got a Disney medal, which he proudly displays. The pool side events are a great way to get involved. People for several days after stopped him to tell him how good he was.

I love the horn...when you wish upon a star....

The last two years we have sailed between Thanksgiving and Christmas..........After seeing the ship all decked up in its Christmas decor, and hearing all that Christmas regee music......it's just not the same anywhere else!!!!!

This is tough, but if I had to pick just one, it would have to be the Banana Boat Ride on CC with my DD, we had such a "BLAST" doing this together!!!

Shrimp.
SHRIMP.
SHRIMP!

And orange mango soup!

So hard to pick just one. I think my all time favorite is sitting out on the veranda with DH during a full lunar eclipse. It was just us, the water below and a sky so full of stars it was amazing.

Other wonderful memories:

Hearing the horn for the first time!

Getting to visit Castaway Cay for the first time (we missed it on our first cruise).

Raising of the DVC flag at the DVC Member Cruise - we had taken over the ship!

Snorkeling with the stingrays in Grand Cayman.

Can't wait to make more wonderful memories this December.

My favorite memory by far is the look of peace on my type A, workaholic husband's face as he sat on the verandah looking out on the ocean with no cell phone, laptop or blackberry.

Very close seconds:

The way the CM's in the kid's club treated my autistic son enabling him to have one of the most peaceful and "normal" weeks of his life.

The look on my DD's face when Cinderella greeted her outside of Lumiere calling her "Princess" (her nickname so she was sure Cinderella knew her by name) and then having a cake delivered celebrating her birthday. She knew Cinderella was behind it all.

The reaction of all my children when surprises magically appeared in the stateroom after the magic was spread through the ship in Disney Dreams. My DS11 who is growing up so fast and who is so skeptical was totally convinced in the magic.

My two weeks on the ship were so filled with memories. I can't wait to get on the ship and make some more.
