PassPorter Pouches - worth it?

Next May I'll be hitting WDW with my extended family for a total of 14 people (2 of whom are under 4 years old, so we don't need to include them in this question). I wanted to get a PassPorter pouch for each adult member, but didn't realize how much they cost. If I narrow it down to one pouch for each couple (with the exception of my brother and I) that's still 7 pouches for a total price of $50.12 (not including taxes and shipping and handling, etc.).

My question is this - is it worth the money? I've never gone on a trip to WDW with this many people and I've also never used the PassPorter Pouches. We're going to be sharing a vacation home 2 miles off property and since we'll all be in one space, I figured this would be a great way to keep things organized. Just write everybody's name with a Sharpie on the back of the pouch and throw it around your neck. Last time I was there I de-magnetized my pass by putting it in my wallet, and as I'm the resident WDW expert and the driving force behind this trip (I'm sure they'll all thank me when they see their credit card bills), I'd like to keep the hassles to a minimum.

Any thoughts?

I got them for DH & I for our Land and Sea trip this past Feb. We loved them.
I used it every single day in the Parks and all the time I was at sea. Never needed anything else. If you look closely at my siggy with Pluto, I actually have it around my neck.

Yup, and I as well, demagnitized my room key last time we were there. Tried to use the Fast Pass and was in the Parks all of an hour and the CM came over and said "it has been demagnitized"...ALREADY I thought.

We were much more organized with the Pouches.

I will say MANY on the DIS bought theirs at Wal-Mart and other stores for less than the Passporter sold them for..so maybe you could Post as well to DISer's as to the stores that sold Pouches besides the Passporter.

I bought them several years ago and LOVE mine, BUT...... DH and DS refuse to wear theirs. DD and I are the only ones that will wear them. I would ask and see if people would really wear them because they are so expensive for several people.

The Passporter ones are much nicer than the wal-mart ones. I had a couple of those for the kids to use and they were not as nice. They were smaller and didn't have as many pockets and weren't as sturdy.

If you're talking about those things that hang around your neck that you are supposed to put all your valuables into, we don't bother. Our pockets work just fine for the few things we need to carry in the parks.

I purchased mine through PASSPORTER.COM when I was buying the Disney tour books that they have as well.

You can see mine (kinda) in my siggy as I stand on the WONDER with PLUTO.

I kept my room key/photo pass card/as well as misc cash/ and a credit card all in different slots in the pouch.

I kept DH and my wallets locked in the room safe.

So EASY this way!!!!

Hi, For some reason I was picturing these to be smaller - they are huge! I don't think I could get the whole family (DH and 17 and 15 kids) to wear this.
When I try to picture the four of us walking together wearing them...well,
I can just picture saying, "here kids, wear these"
Is the Walmart one smaller? I was thinking these would be more to hold just "card" size items, like passes and ID, but really; the dimensions are about 6 1/2 inches by 5 inches!? I do want something like this because I plan to wear (don't yell at me) just a waist pack, and no purse or backpack, hmmm will have to think about it, I suppose, or, I'll start to look around at retail stores. Glad I saw this thread first though.
