Passport with Artscow

I am trying to order my passports (thanks otterpop for the fantastic designs). I am using artscow.com. I've entered the code for free shipping and it says that it has been applied but it doesn't reflect in my balance.

Has anyone had any experience with this. Also, I noticed that the company is based out of Hong Kong. Has anyone had any problems with this company?

I have used Artscow beofre and love them. Shipping takes forever because they are based in Hong Kong. Can take about 3 weeks sometimes.

Try doing a mock check-out. Sometimes that will make the discount show.

Like stormer said, they can take awhile to ship, so I wouldn't chance it if your trip is soon. You may not get it in time.
