Does anyone know the exact locations of the dollar refills(popcorn and/or drink) (dollar fifty for the frozen drinks), and if so, would you please list them?

Offer available only at select food and beverage locations in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. This is why I ask.

Thanks,

Linda

I was JUST trying to figure this out as well! We are going tomorrow. I came to DISboards for Disneyland to get an answer. So following along!

It seems kind of hit and miss to me. I've heard Plaza Inn and Rancho Del Zocalo both offer them but I'm a pass holder and I have not experienced that while at those locations when I asked staff about it. Maybe its dependent on who you talk to.

I didn't try every popcorn stand, but the ones I did all participated in the $1 popcorn refilled. I got refills at BVS and by Soarin in DCA and at Town Square, the Hub, NOS, Tomorrowland, and FL by the Matterhorn in DL. When getting the refill, I needed to have the bucket (lid off) and my AP and ID. They scanned the AP to make sure it was valid and checked my ID against the name on the AP.

In terms of the drinks, has anyone tried just bringing back the inside liner for the WoC cup? I didn't buy it, but I was talking with a couple of other AP holders who had the WoC cup. They said the CMs at the stand they bought it from said they only had to bring back the liner. Another AP said the CMs told them they had to bring back the entire cup.

I am looking over the menus on the Disneyland site, and it seems the majority of counter service places in DL and DCA are honoring the $1 refill. Hope that helps with planning especially those going in the summer when the weather is hot and you really have to stay on keeping you and your party hydrated. :)

It's the Chernobog light up sipper at DL and the WOC light up sipper at DCA. The initial cost is $25 each and the refills are $1 for soda or $1.50 for frozen lemonade. The WOC sipper has a removable cup so hopefully you only have to bring that back. We were there on Memorial Day weekend so the promotion was brand new so CMs didn't seem to know for sure. If you buy the Chernobog it doesn't have a removable cup so you would have to bring the whole thing back (and it's pretty bulky.) Here's a photo:

Hmmm..... I'm not sure I'd want to tote either of those around the parks with me. I'll have to ponder on that for a while. Can you use them in either park, or only in their original park?

At French Market they said that you can only get a single $1 refill. I already wasn't happy with the idea of carrying that sipper around. I'm certainly not going to pay $26 for something for the privilege of getting to drink a few cents worth of fountain soda out of it twice.

I do know that with the drink refills you just take the cup insert which is inside that monstrous piece of plastic up to the counter and it will be refilled. At smokejumpers they refilled the cup itself at the mint julep bar they would not take the cup and refill they just gave me a regular drink cup and i poured it into the insert. either way it was just 1 dollar for each. I also had the popcorn refilled 4 times 2 each at DCA and DL and was told the only place that you cannot refill the popcorn was at the cozy cone which has the flavored popcorn.

That seems really odd. I didn't get the drink cup, but the APers that I talked to that had it mentioned having refilled it several times already. I think they're limiting the refills to once per transaction, but not limiting the total number of refill you can get over the course of the promotion. I'd ask some other CM (at FM and at other CS locations) to see if they're saying the same thing or if it was just a one off with that CM.

No but i bought my cup at the frozen lemonade stand for 25.00 so it was filled with the more expensive drink to start with instead of just soda. I have read that there is a 1.50 upcharge for frozen drinks but have not tried personally.

Has anyone tried to refil their mug with frozen apple juice
The offer details only mention frozen lemonade, so frozen apple juice might not qualify or it might be one of those things that varies depending on which CM you get or which stand you go to. If you don't get answer here, I would try contacting Disneyland Guest Services and asking if Frozen apple juice also qualifies for the refill (with upcharge) offer.

The offer details say frozen lemonade in one spot, but reading farther down, it says frozen carbonated beverages...

Good point...so I would contact Guest Services and see if they can help clarify the offer. My guess is that at places that have both, they'll both be offered (I think they have similar price points). The only place that I wouldn't be surprised to hear isn't included is the Cozy Cones...they seem to be kind of their own thing.
