I can't get into passholder section at all. Never had to give pass info again either but it asked me around 1145am when I refreshed. First time all year. Then it wouldn't take.

I gave up. I got to the registration form and it was completely jumbled. Entered the ticket code, but then couldn't figure out which number to enter because the ticket images wouldn't come up and it would not let me enter the birth date. Could enter the month, but not the day or year.

No preview for us!! I just wasted 40 minutes. Not doing it again. I guess on the bright side, I just saved us a bunch of money on airfare, hotel and food! We were only going to go down for the weekend if we got in for the preview. Probably won't see it until next spring now.

I'm currently alternating hitting "refresh" on my browser and "redial" on my phone...hoping that one of them is going to work!!

I agree that this is ridiculous. It's not like they didn't know there would be huge numbers of people trying to access the site at once...as much $$$ as we give them, can't they up their servers for things like this? We've already waited a week for them to fix "technical difficulties". I don't know whether this is a case of those problems not being fixed, not being prepared for high site traffic, or both. Whatever the situation, it seems to reflect poor planning on Disney's part.

This redial game is reminiscent of the 4 hours I spent getting a ressie at BoG a few months ago...

When the registration page finally does load for you, go down to

Date of Birth*

Try clicking on the DD and YYYY for the date and year and see if it will actually let you select a date. Of the few times I have gotten it to load, this will not allow a date to be inputted. So check this first so you don't waste your time filling in all the other information only to find you can't get this to work and then get no where.

I gave up too. plus i really dont look at it as an exclusive preview with as many soft openings as they've had.

The sign up and preview isn't first come first serve is it? If it isn't, there isn't any reason for everyone to log on all at once and crash their servers. Just sign up when you can. Give it some time.

been trying for 47 minutes...was on hold (on the phone) for 45 minutes...got through and the really nace guy told me that they are not able to get on the site themselves...long day for that poor guy!

Yes, as I read it, each time slot has a limited number of entries.

Yep, same here, I've been trying for 45 minutes. At one point got to the garbled screen, and got excited that we were getting somewhere...

The site wasn't great to begin with, I didn't have much hope that it would work today. Just got the stupid messed up screen again. Of all the things Disney does right it amazes me how they get the website so wrong.

It is first come first serve and there are limited number of open spots. which is why there is such a system overload
