Passholder magicband question

We upgraded our 6 day tickets to passholder in Oct. When we got back from our trip I customized our passholder bands and sent in the request. For about two weeks the site has been showing something like "customizing please check back soon". In the past when we have customized our regular bands they are done and shipped in a few days. Is the delay typical for the passholder band or should I follow up with this order. If follow up is the way to go who would I contact -Guest services? We have a trip in Jan. so I don't want to wait forever on these with the Christmas mailing season about to start. TIA

You'll probably be receiving the new MagicBand2 that has the removable icon/puck. APs will be the first guests to receive them beginning next week, I believe.
 
I had one MB that had that massage then while the message was still up I go the MB in the mailbox I think it was just under 2 week.
