Just curious. I haven't asked anywhere else: it's not an issue yet. I was looking at booking a stay through EXPEDIA.COM (used them last year). No matter how many days (or nights) over 10 days I would put in, a 10-day Disney pass was the most it would show. So I guess that's not an UHP (or LOS), or what? I want to say that I tried on Disney.com and got the same info. Is that because anything over 10 days would be cheaper if you got an AP instead?

Official Disney packages usually come with unlimited magic passes, packages arranged by independent travel agencies may come with hopper plus passes.

A non-premium annual pass doesn't admit you to as many places as unlimited magic (UPH; LOS). Specificlly the regular AP is for the four theme parks only.

A premium annual pass breaks even with unlimited magic at about 14 days for a single trip or stay, about 10 days for two separate trips.

Are you sure you will be spending all your time within WDW? If not you might prefer booking a la carte with hopper plus passes rather than a package with unlimited magic.

Thanks for the info! Yea, I've thought about the options, but when we go to WDW we like to be as unstructured as possibe and that means having the option/freedom/relaxation to come & go, esp. with regards to DisneyQuest. It's just part of my "leave-the-hassles-at-home" policy. That's why I was wondering.

Last time I looked on Disney's web site, they quoted prices for unlimited magic through ten nights on the web page, with a notation to call them if you wanted a longer stay. I wold prefer to use mail or email, instead of waiting on hold long distance.

I am probably one of the few on these boards that like the Ultimate Park Hopper tickets. If you don't know when you are coming back to WDW use them.

We did that several times. I liked being able to go to the water parks, DQ, and park hopping daily. There was always something to do.

Ten days you have maxed out the return of your investment on an Annual Pass. Annual passes is the best bargin going if you are going to be at WDW or the area for a couple of weeks. Or if you are planning to travel to WDW again during the year.

Yes that is true about the AP. If you aren't planning on another visit the UPH has some benefits that you won't get with an annual pass.
