Passes got thrown away, but have copies...HELP!

My sister has a dilemma. She accidently threw away her passes from a year ago, but thanks to the Dis, she made copies of them. She has the plus features left on them. She would like to know if there is a number to call to inquire about this and what she can do? thanks.

I lost a parkhopper but had copies. Guest Services (happened to be MGM) was able to tell which parkhopper had days left and then gave me a replacement.

Took all of 10 minutes.

This just happened to me as well. We were at MK last Tuesday and realized that night back at the hotel we had lost one of our hoppers in the park. When we went to Epcot the next morning, I took my copy with me to Guest Services and within 5 minutes I had a replacement park hopper, and they de-activated the one I had lost. And no, I didn't have to show them a receipt. I am so glad this board gave me the tip to make copies of all our park hoppers. It turned what could have been a very stressful situation into just a minor inconvenience.
