Passes at AAA?

WHAT'S AN AP? (I TOLD YA'LL I'M NEW AT THIS)
GO TO AAA.COM TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE UNDER "TRAVEL SERVICES" THEN DISCOUNT TICKETS.

An AP is an Annual Pass. (Don't worry LMC - we were ALL new once and these abbreviations are killers until you find yourself using them too! :) )
I do not think that AAA sells APs. But I cannot be ABSOLUTELY sure. You can get an AP voucher from CRO, the Disney Stores, at your Resort and at the parks themselves.
Hope that this helps...

AAA does not sell AP's (that's annual passes) They do have 4 day hoppers and their prices for WDW are about the same as TicketRes here on the DIS. They also have Sea World and Universal tickets. When I checked (in November) Sea World was $40.50/adult, $32.50/child; Universal was $44/adult/one day, $36/child/one day, $80/adult/2 day and $66/child/2 day. The 4 day hopper was $181.64/adult and $146.55/child. Don't know if they had other than 4 day hoppers, as that was what I had to check out at the time You can get an AP at a Disney store, calling Disney or getting one at the park. If you have a Disney Club card, you'll get about a 5% discount on any admission ticket

My local office (Chicago Motor Club) sells the 5-day hopper, the 6-day hopper plus, and a 1-day Pleasure Island ticket. Their prices are higher than with the Disney Club discount. Others have reported that their AAA office had lower prices than with the Disney Club.

Thanks, guys
I have not yet received my DC card in the mail and I am leaving for OKW next Saturday.
My TDS has to send away for vouchers so I don't have time for that either.
I was going to wait until I got to my resort to get the passes but now I here that they are raising the prices so now I am out of luck!
Oh well. I won't let it get me down!

I just joined the Disney Club today over the phone. I was told I could call tomorrow to get my membership number so I would have it in time to get the passes before the price goes up. The number for members only is 1-800-933-3975. I was surprised that they are open on Saturday and Sunday. All you have to do when you call is give them your name and some other information that I can't remember - maybe your zip code. You can buy the passes through them. Does anyone know if you can buy them at TDS? I hope so since that way you can be sure of having them before you leave.

Good luck!! :)

Most Disney Stores do not keep AP's in stock, they are ordered from Disney as they are requested.

I've heard that you can get passes overnighted to you for an extra fee when ordering over the phone. The cost of the overnight would probably be less than the price increase.

alas ....if you call the disney club now....you will find the prices have increased "magically" over noght by about 8% ...

4 day 179$ last night ....196$ now....
5 day 207$ last night ....219$ now.....

yet when i called last night.....they said they did not know about any price increase.....

last year they were told two weeks in advance....this year it was "sprung" on them.....or so they say...

the truth in pricing is not available at disney ...you seem to have to find it on boards like this..

I bought a 5 day hopper at my local AAA office last Wednesday for $208. The people there had no knowledge of a pending price increase. Perhaps the discounted tickets(without the price increase) will still be available at AAA this week. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

We are going to DW in May and I too just bought my hoppers at my local AAA office, because I heard of the increase of tickets prices. A 5-day hopper was $207.00 and a 6-day hopper was $267.00. Thank you to all who posted the price increase info.
