passed rofr , okw uy sept, got the call from jason at timeshare store today during the afternoon, he recieved notification from disney today
IS THIS SHORTEST WAIT EVER?. paperwork only submitted to disney 1 week ago today, i was all mentally set for at least 2 weeks, i wasn't even going to call jason for at least another week to see about progress
jason feels we should be closed by the end of the month, can't wait to have those points in account so we can book an extra trip in oct
now just throw us some pixiedust for rofr at bwv to pass and if it does we will be happiest couple at may homecoming you ever saw

waiting on rofr on 240 at bwv, only 1 pt available for 04, but that's ok for us, okw comes with all 230 banked from 03. that we will use for extra trip this year
our first contract is bcv, but nothing available right now, i got tired of missing them all the time. especially after missing 200 pts last week by 12 minutes, all the resorts are fine with us so the buy where you want to stay isn't as relevant to us, plus as semiretired peoples we can travel anytime of the year so we go at more off times
yes we put in both offers just 2 days apart

$73/pt, i know we probably overpaid, BUT, uy fit our long range needs, and it's got all 230 from 03 banked which we will burn off in oct or nov on extra trip with mil and fil
we didn't bargain or counteroffer, i am fortunate enough to be able to pay cash and i just wanted more points right now
dw and i work as per diem nurses, my police pension supports most of our living expenses and our dvc dues, so whenever we feel like a trip, we just block out some time, and we will each pick up an extra shift a week until we have enough for airfare and food. i uaually work just 2 days a wek and except for a little coffee money that goes into the dedicated disney cookie jar
