Party of the Senses

We have resv for the POTS on Oct 21 for 3..The 3rd person will be about 30 to 45 minutes late..How do we handle this for the party??

I am not sure how you would handle that....I would say to call Disney and ask them that question. Also, I would make sure I jot down the name of the CM I talked with and what they had to say.....the time and the date of the phone call...always best to have all the information with you when you have to deviate a bit from what is offered.

OK went to it last year and from what I remember when you go to the concert before hand they take the reservation number and mark off how many of the party are there before giving out the wrist bands. I would say then that there is 1 more who is coming late and they should be able to make a note of that and then tell you how to sort it. They may just give you the band in which case you can then put it on the other guest before you go in to the food. Are they going to be late for the concert or the food?
