Party in a store before spectromagic?

Okay I've been searching this site for at least 1hr. ( okay I did find some good stuff) but the other day I read apost about a store I think along main street that just before the evening parade they have characters in there dancing and doing the limbo. Has anyone ever heard of this and do you know the name of this place? Thank you so much!!!

The characters do not do this at Pop Century, the cast members do.

At the character area/store in Toon Town we did the limbo & twist. It was with CM, but the kids all got certificates. It was really fun! It was just before closing.

we were there for the pre closing party at the big store in toon town in October - lots of fun!!

I've been at the big toy store in toon town twice right before closing and a lot of the characters have been out dancing around the store. After you meet and greet in toon town the exit leads you into the toy store, the characters use the same exit right before the park closes. We have video of my nieces dancing around with Minnie and Tigger, it was really fun

Yup, I'm thinking you are thinking of Toontown, although I don't think they've been doing the dance party lately.

I don't remember anyone on Main Street doing this either. It is usually too busy before the parades to have any characters out dancing and attracting more people.
