Partially used multi day ticket

Hi there, we bought five 3 day tickets last year and used only one day out of the 3 days back in Dec. We had to cut short the trip unfortunately.

I was hoping I could use the remaining 2 days for a future visit. Is this not the case? I am not able to see the tickets anymore on the website and I think it might have expired.

Anybody know what to do in such a situation.

Unfortunately those tickets would now be expired.

It’s likely there is nothing to be done. But the next time you are Disney world take them to the resort concierge. The staff can make miracles happen if you plead your case well and of course be very kind and respectful. It’s worth a try.

I agree with above, those two days have expired and it’s very unlikely that you can get them back. In future, if you have to cut your trip short either talk to Guest Relations or the concierge at the resort before you leave or contact Disney ASAP after you get home and explain why you had to leave. Sometimes they can extend the life of those unused days, but sometimes they cannot.
