I don't remember seeing any when we went a couple years ago. That could have changed by now though. ??

Question for those who have been to the world at Christmas before .... Are there PP photogs at the resorts with the more elaborate decorations (ie gingerbread displays, big trees)? Trying to decide on PP or PP+, an also trying to convince DH. TIA

I'm 100% sure that there is a PhotoPass photographer at the gingerbread house and 99% sure there is 1 for the Christmas Tree at the Grand Floridian (or the same photographer for both). I'm not sure about the other resorts.

I remember reading someone's TR where they had PP pictures taken at Grand Floridian.

Holy cow. I miss a few days here and look what happens! Did I miss anything good? Any new restaurants or attractions open up?

They are starting to do some previews of Enchanted Tales with Belle. Check out the Disney blog.

I wonder where they will put the new seats. I can't picture adding sections to the side or going up any higher. Interesting.

The article I read, I think it was the Disney Blog, said they were adding seats in the standing section in the back. What I didn't see was if this will cause F! To be canceled on any nights, or will they be doing the work during the day? :confused3

Hey! I haven't been active on this thread in awhile, but I'm back now!

We are almost down to exactly 3 months away! :santa: I finalized our arrival day plans today ~ I am SO excited about them!! I am thinking I want to keep them a surprise from my son and maybe even my husband? Definitely my son though! (Since my husband probably won't care either way)

:goodvibes

We are driving down this trip, so we'll be leaving around 11pm - midnight after my husband gets a few hours of sleep after work. (Yes, he has to work that Saturday. BOO!)

We should be getting to Disney around 1pm or so, checking into our studio at AKL and if it's ready, we'll go up and get settled and check out the animals from our balcony. Then head on over to DTD! (If it's not ready, we'll go straight to DTD)

I want to go straight to where Santa is and let the kids sit on his lap and tell them their Christmas wishes! :santa: After that, just walk around and take in the atmosphere of finally be at Disney World!

I have a sleigh ride booked for us at 6pm at Ft Wilderness. I am so excited about this! I just think it's perfect to get us in the Christmas spirit on our first night.

We have a 7:55pm ADR at Chef Mickey's, so we'll head on over there afterwards.

I'm hoping to catch the Christmas party fireworks after dinner.

I know it sounds like a lot, but our kids are going to be wide awake for awhile after traveling in the car.

3 MONTHS TO GO!!!!

Wow. That is a lot. But it all sounds fun!! Good thing you will have your car for all that moving around. The sleigh ride is a great idea. Very Christmasy!!

This is the MOMENT...

At 4:35pm, 3 months from now, we will be on a plane bound for Orlando. 16+ hrs after that, we will be walking through the front door of the Port Orleans Riverside.

Happy Thoughts... :goodvibes

At this moment 3 months from now we'll be sitting down to our first dinner of our Christmas trip at Mama Melrose :-)

I texted my mom earlier at the point at which we'll be landing at MCO in a mere 3 months

At this time in three months my vacation will be over :sad2:and I will be working on our cruise in March.:woohoo:

98 days!

I'm still hoping I can find a different ADR for BOG. One will have to show up at some point, right?

We'll be walking through the doors a few hours before you ;) I'll tell them to prepare for you :teeth:

How is everyone today?

I find myself randomly checking for available ADRs. Not looking for anything in particular. Today I picked up a pre-park-opening ADR for Akershus on our Epcot day. So with a 4pm CP ADR I think that day's dining is all set

Hi everyone :wave2:

I just caught the major Disney planning bug  and have rediscovered my obsession with the DIS

I will be traveling in 101 days! It will be myself (28), my sister (25), and my brother (23). We will be spending 1 night at all-star music before moving to AKV Jambo for 5 more nights.
