I love the shower tile!! And the table with the sheet music is cute. I told DH how cute the room is and he said, "we are staying at Pop."

Is it that you have to have a child with you? It wasn't 100% clear from the description. Then again, that's only a hindrance for my partner and I because we aren't traveling with any kids. Ha!

They are the keepsake they give kids who just miss being tall enough to get on one of the rides. They get to come back on their next trip and use it as a fastpass. So yes, that would require having a child with you since you have to lie and say your kid is the one who just missed on your last trip.

Can someone look at my itinerary and tell me if I'm nuts? I have a couple things in red that need some special consideration. Hubby watched me type it up and asked if there will be any room for spontaneity.....which is highly over-rated IMHO. Hey, I have some spontaneity scheduled

I think you'll be cutting in real tight if you go to AKL.

I've been trying to move Le Cellier earlier and/or BOG later......and there isn't anything available right now. I check daily. There is no way I can cancel either one though......we'll probably eat light at BOG (like real light) if I can't move the ADR.

School started 3 weeks ago, and I have been so busy with my new job I haven't been on here in 20 pages!!! I just caught up...and here I am 3 weeks into school, up at 12:45 am with a cup of chicken noodle soup because I have a massive head cold....breathing is not so easy...but I am having fun reading on here, so it's not so bad! I've missed you guys!!

The bus back from DTD to BW is notoriously problematic and this is already tight. I would ditch DTD. You can always find things to do on the Boardwalk. S/D has Christmas decorations too. Or you could stay longer at WL. They have a free resort tour and some other activities that I noted for my touring day.

When plans involve a bus it's best to assume the maximum travel time. Unofficial says 18 minutes max from AK to AKL and 57 min. Between AKL and DTD.

Thanks, I'm definitely going to keep checking daily and multiple times around the 45 day mark! It's so much better knowing there's only 75 days until our trip rather than 350!

Our kids are still pretty young so a vacation alone is unheard of around here! I figure if we give them this super special Christmas disney trip, and let them know right after our trip that the next one is a mommy and daddy alone trip then hopefully they won't be so upset about it and a bit more understanding? Who am I kidding though...I'm sure they'll throw a fit! I'll feel bad for it, but only until I get to the airport.

Our kiddos aren't going on this trip with us and we are debating when to tell them (before or after). I know they'll be upset but we'd love a bounce back offer to come home with a trip booked to take them and hopefully that will take some of the sting out them not going.

I too and trying for a MK breakfast before park opening with no luck. But hopefully I'll get lucky. Hope you have some pixie dust too!

Sorry, too lazy to quote. Ksromack--I agree with the others, dont do DTD on Monday 12/10. If you really want to see AKL, you could do it that day. Would be a lot of bus time, but you have a couple hours. Boat back to MK and bus to AKL. Then figure out how to get to BW. My DH would say go straight to the Boardwalk and play mini golf.

Terri-I didnt think about the Swolphin having decorations. Planned on seeing BC and BW, will have to check them out too.

Went to the Buckeye game yesterday, sat in direct sunlight for 4.5 hours with no sunblock. Just call me lobster girl. But in other news, hubby finally got someone out to fix the wi-fi, so now I can watch videos on the ipad without worrying about the data. Yay!!

I think you'll survive. Our schedule doesnt really allow for resort hopping plus we are taking my Mum who is an ECV so getting on and off transport can be a pain. I had to decide which resort I wanted to see the most - GF. I just tell myself I can do the others 'next time', they won't go away.

Ugh, not sure what you are going to do about Le Cellier/BOG other than keep fingers crossed for a cancellation. ADRs can be such a pain!!

Are the decorations worth the trip to Swan/Dolphin? We plan on Bw/BC on our first day for something nice and easy and have dinner that night at DTD at Raglan Rd. maybe if we have time we'll walk over there too.

OffTopic - just got done this weeks run. Does anyone run/exercise while they are at WDW? I might take that week off since we will be doing so much walking.
