Anyway, what benefits would a part time person working at a Disney Store receive? Also, what is the starting salary? Thank you!

Like, a Disney store at the mall? Probably some sort of merchandise discount and the starting $$ is very likely minimum wage.

I believe you need to work a min amount of hour to get benefits, if meaning like ins, 401k. You would need to discuss it with the employer.
