Dh and I are hoping to come across the water for a week in March. We're thinking of the 2nd week - can anyone tell me what the weather/ parks are like at this time of year?

Thanks

I will be at WDW March 10th to 20th, so I would like the same info. I have been in early May and late Sept. Haven't been in March for 15 years.

I went in March once (1998). It was cooler than I expected. We needed light jackets most days and definately at night. It was only warm enough to swim on our last day there. I would say the temps were in the 60's during the day and 50's at night. It was also very windy which made it feel cooler. Our last day, it hit 80 degrees, so I guess March weather is pretty unpredictable.

We went Mar 8 - 17 in 2002 and the weather was very warm. We wore shorts the entire trip, swam everyday, went to
Typhoon Lagoon twice and Blizzard Beach once. Next year we will be there Mar 10 - 21 and I'm hoping the weather will be just as nice. The weather channel website lists the average high to be around 78/79 and the low around 56/57.

We have gone the last 2 years in the second week of March. We have had marvelous weather both times. Maybe we were lucky? Two days before we arrived last year, it was very cold. We were fortunate enough to have great weather with no rain. The parks were not really crowded at all. We thought the crowds were maybe a bit more than our traditional October/November trip, but definitely manageable. I wish you "All the Best".

If I could say one month out of the year is PERFECT to go, it would be March. We went for two years in a row about mid March and wow, it was beautiful. It was dry, and high 70's. We swam every day and was able to keep walking because it was just so comfortable. I wish the kids school vacation fell in this month, because one month later it becomes very hot. You have picked the best time to go!!

Thanks for the replys - now I've just to keep looking out for the best airfare and we're on our way. We came home from our last trip just 3 weeks ago - seems like an eternity - I can't wait to get back!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
