Guys, I'm having problems posting, so I'm going to have to go. But, never fear, I'll return tomorrow-Same mouse-time, same mouse-channel! Have a great evening! :D

Good evening :)

Granny.... No...the building material for American Adventure is not imported :p

Mikelly..... I'll guess the unusual thing about the Coral Monorail is that it has only 5 cars (as opposed to the usual six)

:bounce: Congratulations on becoming a Dis Veteran Mikelly...here's another Irish Coffee (made just for you by a Redhead Irish Wench ;))...Cheers!!!!

Ocean... I'll guess they moved something form the old Main Street Arcade to the Boardwalk Resort :p

jwill.... How about Bristol Tours or Lotus Tours?

:bounce: Welcome B'rer Karen :bounce:

Always nice to have fresh faces here in the CC :)..... You can find a Brief Synopsis of us and our game on Page 40 of this thread....or if you would like, I can PM it to you.... just let me know. :)

Well I'm off to sleep...last one up, please extinguish the Tiki Toches :p

:o zzzzzzZZZ

AAQ card to Mickeybabe. The name of the tour company advertisement on the loading dock of the Jungle Cruise is Lotus Tours. Nice Work!

American Adventure: Is it that the bricks for the building are all made by hand from Georgia clay?

jwill.... Yes, the bricks in American Adventure are all hand made from georgia clay :)

Handmade clay AAQ card to jwill :bounce:

Don't forget the lights when you go... Good Night :)

That's possible, but not quite what I'm looking for. You're sort of on the right track though.

I just wanted to check in and offer some support to MickeyBabe after hearing about her Steelers' loss...

come over and sit by Granny and I...we can help you through this, after all--our teams didn't even make the playoffs (though my team won the Super Bowl last year....beating both your teams along the way :D...sorry...a little retroactive gloating...won't happen again)

Anyway...see we have a few questions out there....and some newbies...welcome to the game Karen!!

MKelly...is the Coral monorail the one that is used to test the track...and bring CM's out to do repairs?

I like Ocean's question....hmmm that's a tough one...let me take a guess here(and it's a blind one at that)
The wooden Indian that used to stand outside the Main St. Tobacco shop was moved to the Fort Wilderness resort...

Hey it's late...it was the best I could do :)

That really is a tough one though....

Let me sleep on it

Goodnight! :)

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

:sunny: Good Morning All:

I have brought our morning beverages...enjoy :p

Higgs... The Steelers...well they could of... they should of.... Oh... I just think I'll sit with you and Granny and have one of those "Cry in your beer specials".... on the bright side, we don't have to schedule football time during our WDW trip next week :).

Ocean... I'll second Higgs...The wooden Indian move sounds good ;)

While we wait here for breakfast, here is a round up of open questions.....

 All of the Colors have been identified, but we still need the function of the Coral Monorail.

A rather sizeable object was moved from a now-extinct Magic Kingdom location to a WDW resort. Name the object, the now-extinct location, and the resort to which it moved.
 Still open... Ocean needs to check Higgs answer (my second ;))... Keep guessing...

Here is one I will add for our weekend warriors to ponder....

Name the first "themed" illusion on WDW property.

I'll see you all later... Have a good day :)

:smooth:

Hey MBabe :p

Thanks for the second on Ocean's question.....

Yeah, look on the bright side...pure fun at WDW...no football stress :D

Anyway, I am a little confused on your question...what is the definition of the "themed illusion"?

I'll take a guess that it is the forced perspective of the Castle and the Main St Buildings....

Am I close?

Gotta run..will check in later :D

MickeyBabe ,

The Coral Monorail is different than the others in the way its stripe goes down the side of the Monorail. All of the other colors run in a straight line of unbroken color, whereas the Coral Monorail has spaces of white throughout.

Good morning all, breakfast is served.

Themed illusion? I will second Higgs, his answer sounds pretty good.

Mickeybabe: Steelers still had a good year despite this loss.

Name the first "themed" illusion on WDW property.
I'm going to go in another direction than Higgs and jwill and say it's the dancing and hitch hiking ghosts on my favorite ride. :)

Good Morning everyone, anyone see the Eagles last night? Take that Atlanta. I think I'll second Lisa on the Coral Monorail question.

Higgs22 and MickeyBabe, that's a very good guess, but not what I'm looking for. It would make a lot of sense though.

DisneyJen tip toes back into the CC after a whirl wind trip to NC, putting the PA house up for sale and having 4 showings per day for three days with no offers, watching the Eagles beat Atlanta ...

There is NO PLACE like home ... There is NO PLACE like home ... clicks her ruby reb slippers that used to be at GMR ...

Welcome newbies

So glad to see you found your way back home MBabe;)

Ummm .... to keep us honest ...

AAQ's to Lisa and Distriv! The coral monorail's line is broken up, not solid like the others. I like the other answers though, they were so technical-sounding!

Since there was a color clarification situation on the monorail question, I'll give you the last one I was looking for. The last one is mostly green, but like the coral one it is broken up with blue spaces. So, it's a blue/green monorail. Overall, good job everyone!

Mickeybabe, I'll say the 1st themed illusion is that everyone thinks the Magic Kingdom is on the 1st floor. We know it's on the 2nd because of the utilidors underneath. Am I making sense???? BTW, thanks for the extra Irish coffee last night-Yum! It is still chilly here tonight (guess that's why they call it "winter")-any more available? :D

Ocean, still pondering your question...

Thanks for the AAQ card Mikelly! And thanks again to the warm welcome I've received from so many of you. It's nice to find a fun welcoming group of people who share a similar obsession..er, passion :)

It looks like we need another question, so I think I'll cash mine in and offer up my first one..

What is unusual about the clock on Cinderella's Castle?

Br'er Karen, is it the fact that it has the sun and the moon on its hands?

It's not an obsession, I don't have a problem, and I do not need to seek professional help! ;) :D

I actually never noticed the sun and moon! Now I learned something:) But that's not what I'd consider unusual about it.

And I like your way of thinking, sort of like I'm not an alcoholic, I'm a drunk. I don't go to the meetings.

Exactly! ;)

Ok, Ocean, here's the answer...a car from Mr. Toad was placed in the Grand Floridian! What, I'm not close???? ;)

Good night all-see you tomorrow! :D

Interesting guess, Mikelly1221, but not what I'm looking for. Are any of Mr. Toad's cars still around and viewable by the public?
