Is the population 90,000,000 and the elevation 54 feet?

How about 71,000,000 and 71 feet?

Population is more than 90,000,000.

Elevation is more than 71 feet and less than 30,000 feet!

Population: 500 000 000 (I can tell it's 9 digits)
Elevation: 150 feet (It's definately 3 digits)

I was just catching up on the last few pages, and I think I have one more to add on the mermaid question. There is a mermaid in Rafikis Planet Watch at Conservation Station. It is in one of the little shows about conservation of the sea (go figure!) that runs every couple of minutes.

On the population/elevation question, I believe that both numbers are real. 108 feet sounds about right - nothing in Central Florida is much above sea level, and MK is only that high because they built a huge mound for it! I can't for the life of me remember the population number, so I will also steal MBabe's answer there too

I have a picture of the sign, but the version of the picture I have here at work is too low res to show the numbers clearly. So I'll have to post from home tonight!

But as far as I can tell, nobody has gotten the population correct yet. I think carpedm got the elevation right....I think it's 100 feet. But MBabe seems so sure of 108 feet, I'll have to wait until tonight to confirm that! Sorry about that folks.

Population is between 500,000,000 and 800,000,000.


Of course, I may see the picture tonight and change everything!
